BTC Mate is built by an independent developer. Questions, bug reports and feature ideas are welcome.
For bug reports, please include your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Never include a private key or seed phrase in any message; we will never ask for one.
Before you write
- Data looks out of date? Pull the Overview down to refresh. New transactions appear once the Bitcoin network has confirmed them.
- Performance figure looks wrong? It is an estimate based on on-chain timestamps and historical prices. How it is calculated and why it can differ.
- Wondering whether the app can access your Bitcoin? It cannot. Public address vs. private key.
